Coaching:

Coaching is outcome-focused. Your coach will look at your competencies, business performance and agenda to direct you to a specific end result. Your coach will assess and monitor your progress, offering practical advice to help you reach your business goals.

Business Mentoring

Business mentoring covers all bases. The process is different for each organisation that we work with as we tailor the sessions to address challenges specific to the organisation at hand. This service involves an initial visit where we will identify the needs of both your business and you. From there we will outline your priorities, goals, personal aspirations and map out a strategy to get you where you want to be.

We also offer a Business Health Check service. This entails a comprehensive review of your accounts and balance sheets for the last 3 years.
